The location was great and comfortable. It was a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Appreciated the room for the usual dining table. - Our bed was comfy. - the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

it is well-maintained hotel with nice pool and particularly good location in basketball court. the breakfast was free, nice to have coffee, toast, cereal, cookies and yogurt. the property provides an excellent service. they offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge too.

The staff at the Residence Inn By Marriott Houston Northwest/Cypress are excellent and friendly towards all guests. the location of the hotel is marvelous and comfortable, situated in a nice area near Houston with good nearby restaurants and a basketball court.
